Call To Order: Meeting was called to order by 40th Reunion Co-Chair Ralston Nagata at 8:08 p.m. after attendees enjoyed a potluck of good food and fellowship brought by all in special celebration of Ralston's "57th" Birthday. Ralston extended his heartfelt thanks to all for the special birthday surprise and emotionally expressed how touched he was to have the opportunity to celebrate his birthday for the very first time in his life with his classmates. He recollected his childhood memories of not having the luxury of celebrating his birthday with classmates as others may have had at that time and thus, this was very special for him.

Gail Tokeshi Okata, new first time attendee, was welcomed and recruited to assist the Souvenirs Committee.

Approval Of Minutes: Minutes of the previous meeting of August 29, 2001, which were posted via Craig's e-mail to all on e-mail list, were circulated. Correction was made on the name of Grads Night entertainer to be Michael Nakasone. Minutes were approved as corrected.

Treasurer's Report (Finance Committee): Per Dennis Ueyama's written report to Ralston Nagata, we currently have $6354.30 in bank account for use on reunion expenses.
