Companion puppies make wonderful pets, obedience dogs,and hunters. Most of our puppies are placed in companion homes that have no interest in breeding or showing in conformation events. Limited registration means that the animal is AKC registered but litters produced by the dog are not eligible for AKC registration. The dog is eligible to compete in all AKC-licensed events except breed competition at an AKC licensed dog show, however it may still compete in all other AKC events including field trials, hunt tests, and obedience.
All companion puppies are placed with limited registration.
Should an owner decide that they would like to become involved in showing at conformation shows or breeding limited registration will be a factor. |
