Ultimate Frisbee is taking off in the Hills area, with thanks to Hills Ultimate, Ultimate Frisbee NSW and the Australian Flying Disc Association,

DATES ARE CURRENTLY BEING FINALISED FOR NEXT HILLS ULTIMATE LEAGUE. Competition will continue to be WEDNESDAY NIGHTS at Eric Mobbs Reserve. There will be at least two divisions. Beginners, new teams and individual players are welcome. See LEAGUE page for updates.
