Thought I'd list some of the places I spend most of my time, both pet related and not. Everything at the beginning of this list is pet or animal related and a brief description is given of each place. Other links will be on this page as well, but will be seperated from the pet/animal links.

My Mailing List. I spend a lot of time here, even though I am currently (July 01, 2005)the only member. I'm hoping that will change as I advertise a little more about it. So here's a brief description. It's called Breeding A Better Betta Splendens and is essentially about betta breeding. However we do discuss (or we will when there are more members, *hint* *hint*)other topics like feeding bettas, housing bettas, general chit-chat about bettas, etc. Basically it's a place for breeders, both novice and seasoned, to get together and share their experiences, knowledge and even photo's regarding bettas, their breeding and care. There is also a Chatterbox page where anything and everything, fish related or not, can be discussed.

Mailing Lists, Message Groups & Message Boards:
Betta Links-
1. The Betta Obsession: The name almost says it all. It's for learning about betta care, housing, breeding, feeding, etc. Very good group, usually pretty active.
2. God's Animal Lovers: This is a group started by an online friend of mine, very good group with ton's of info and pictures.
3. Better Betta Resource: It's a group where you can go if you are thinking of buying a betta online (either from a webpage or Aquabid)& ask questions about the seller before you make your purchase. A lot of good info is shared here.

Other Fish-
1. Tropical Fish Chat: Message board about any/every type of fish both freshwater and saltwater. Very informative, friendly members, even has photo contests and a chat about anything board.

1. Kingsnake.Com: Has many, many message boards on every type of herp(reptile or amphibian)you can think of. Very informative, even has caresheets. Great photo's too.
