Lovechild have recently added a prize in their list of achievements.
Early
March 2004 saw the posthumous release of Slim's last studio album.
The boys were fortunate enough to have a song 'Rolling down the Road'
included on the album which Slim was working on right up to the last.
The song
originally penned by Wayne Bromwich and
Chris Cook comes on the back of songs Chris has already had recorded
by the great man.
They include 'When the Country's Wet' from the Ringer from the Top
End album and ' Diggin' a Hole in my Guitar' in 1999,
which was nominated for country song of the year at that years ARIA
awards.
The group
have been in the studio working on several original songs recently.
