STUDENTS CONDEMNED KARACHI AGREEMENT AND DEMAND FOR FREEDOM.
Balawaristan National Students Organization (BNSO) Sindh Zone observed Karachi Agreement on 28th April 2004 in Gulshan Iqbal Karachi.
Representatives of all organization including, KSO, BSF, NASA besides PoK and Baluchis attended the program, to observe the "fraud Karachi agrrement and show the National Identity of Gilgit Baltistan (Balawaristan). The fraud pact of karachi was signed between 2 men from Pakistan Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (PoK) and government of Pakistan on 28th April 1949. According to Pakistani statement, this fraud agreement was taken place between Sardar Ibrahim, the then so-called President of PoK and Choudhary Ghulam Abbas, President of Muslim Conference, by keeping the people and leadership of Balawaristan in dark. Though later sardar Ibrahim denied such agreement ever taken place.
The protest program was addressed by Khowaja Muhammad Sharif, Chairman Central Executive Committee of BNSO, Ehsan Ali Danesh, Central President, Arif kazimi President BNSO Karachi University, Saeed wali Vice presaident BNSO Jamshoro University and Yusouf Nashad of BNF. They said that the text of this agreement is it self indicates it's fraudulent nature, which says that till the decision of J & K, the administration of Ladakh and Gilgit is given to the government of Pakistan. Though Ladakh is under control of India since 27 Oct 1947, when the then Maharaja of J & K, Hari Singh signed the deal of annexation with the government of India.Saeed Wali, Jabar, Basharat, Ashfaq, Nazir Baltistani and Jafar Baheshti also delivered the speech. The gathering jointly condemned the fraud agreement between Pakistan and PoK and demand for freedom of Balawaristan jointly.
