THE BOLOR FORMULA
On 28 April, in the GBNA/APNA Seminar held in Rawalpindi, initial briefing was held by Mirza Nadir Hassan with the help of a map duly marked by the boundaries of the State of BOLOR. The areas included were Taghdumbash pamir in the Wakhan Corridor (The inhibiting races are of Glt-Bln and the corridor was cutoff from BOLOR and ceded with Afghanistan to form a buffer b/w Russian and British Indian Empire ), Tashfurqan (gifted to China), Laddakh, Kargil (Purig), Gurez Valley part of Astore, Kohistan and Chitral. The name BOLOR is the only authenticated name encompassing all these regions and beyond in written history i.e. Al Bairuni, Marcopolo, HeunSong, Mirza Ghufrans Tareekh-e-Chitral, Hashmats Tareekh-e-Jammu, Sinskrit Puranas and English books. This state was held by us thrice i.e. in ancient history, Governor Ghansar Singhs province and in 1947-48 War. An absolutely new Formula for the solution of all regions or entities connected with Kashmir dispute was presented. He said that as a first step and in order to facilitate further solution of the dispute, the solution must start from the North i.e. the State of BOLOR should be formed. India should demilitarize Siachen and pull back forces from Laddakh, Kargil(Purig) upto Zojila Pass, Gurez Valley of Astore upto Tragbal Pass and from there upto line Taobat in Neelum Valley. Simultaneously, Pak Army should vacate and go behind in Kohistan; Pattan/ Thakot Bridge, Babusar Passs Gittidas slopes in Diamer and Lowari Pass in Chitral. An appropriate International Force must come in only for a period of maximum six months. In second stage, Jammu State should be formed and lastly Kashmir State should be constituted. These States can remain independent, federate, confederate, Join or associate themselves with Pakistan or India in some or all matters after the representative Govts of the region of Kashmir dispute i.e. BJK are formed. B stands for BOLOR, Balawar or Boroshal etc. This novel and unique formula is practical, implementable and has many advantages, especially from the point of view of tackling easy to difficult problems systematically.
