I have the honor to write your honor second time about the terrorism. It is encouraging to all the democratic and human loving forces that United States has decided to take action against terrorists along with those who harbour, support and finance them. It is certainly a good sign. The United States by its moves apparently intends to eliminate the root of terrorism by bringing person like Osama bin Laden under the purview of law. However at the same time, the US authorities should keep in mind that countries those sponsor such activities would try to divert its attention elsewhere by resorting to various means. The recent terrorist attacks in US is typical example of this. Although several countries involved in furthering terrorist interests viz. Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and even the Talibaan have condemned these attacks, these are in essence mere eye wash for these are the countries which train, arm and shelter and provide funds to these terrorists. In the aftermath of terrorist acts in Washington and New York when United States exerted pressure on Talibaan for handing over Osama bin Laden, Pakistan has been trying to skirt it after agreeing initially to support US in its war against terrorism. Pakistan also tried to buy relaxation for the Talibaan with the view to establish a new politico-military strategy against the US and civilized world. That is why Pakistan appears to be hell bent to keep the Talibaan in power on one pretext or the other against the wishes of the United States and civilized world. Pakistan's insistence against bringing Northern Alliance to power at the expense of Talibaan or Pathans also stems from the said consideration. Pakistani forces will not participate in any campaign against Talibaan. Pakistan is also trying to dilute the US pressure by calling for a OIC meeting and demand for proof. Instead of the fact that there is no such rule prevailing in the world including Pakistan, to show proof to criminal/terrorist before his arrest. This is an attempt to legitimate the terrorism by one pretext or another. The current public outburst in Pakistan against United States is a stage-managed show of ISI, which is aimed to extract the maximum benefits from the US. According to a Pakistani newspaper, there are 5900 religious schools (Madarsas) where 0.5 million students are brain washed against United States, Europe, India and other countries of the world. All such madarsas are being run by fanatical Deobandi (Wahabi) sect, which gains inspiration from Saudi Arabia, a country which is the main financer to these Wahabi terrorists of Pakistan and elsewhere in the world. The recent visit of the chief of ISI to Afghanistan was indeed aimed to teach them tricks how to avoid handing over Osama Bin Ladan to US would blunt their war efforts. As a result of these Pakistani machinations, the Talibaan convened a fake meeting of their clergy to rule Osama Bin Ladan to leave their country voluntarily and subsequent to that, the Talibaan announced the disappearance of Osama while he is hiding some where in Afghanistan. The recent rumour of the presence of Osama in Pamir of Badakhshan province has also been spreaded by ISI to dodge the US troops and to harm Northern Alliance, though Pamir is under control of Northern Alliance, where Osama has no room to hide. I hope that the deal of US with Pakistan would be just opposite that of civilized world. US should not trust the words of Pakistan, but be better to take whatever advantage it can from Pakistan and its ISI but never to trust them because Pakistan and the ISI would never harm the Talibaan and other terrorists, which is clear from the statements of Pakistan's Foreign Minister that Pakistan would not fight along with United States against the Talibaan and would never agree to replace them with Northern Alliance. Northern Alliance is the only organization that stood against the Talibaan and Pakistan Army despite being short of arms and lacking financial resources. Moreover when Northern Alliance was in power, it never deprived men and women of their fundamental rights. The Pakistani machinations are indeed aimed to cheat the United States in its current anti-Talibaan campaign. US would do well to help Northern Alliance and all other countries and people who are against terrorism. It should not stop after the chapter of terrorism, perpetuated by Talibaan is over. It ought to provide continued support to Northern Alliance and other allies in Afghanistan till a stable, purposeful and democratic government fastens its roots. Pathans, except those who opposed the Talibaan in the past, should not be trusted. Persian speaking people of Afghanistan should be encouraged. United States should also redefine its relationship with Russia and its allies in Central Asia to address the issue of Osama Bin Ladan and the whole terrorist network without prejudice by encouraging democratic and peaceful forces. United States ought to establish its own network with in Afghanistan, Pakistan and elsewhere and should not depend on ISI. We the workers of Balawaristan National Front (BNF) would support US with in the limits of our boundaries where majority of population (except ISI agents and fundamentalist) would also render their help to US against terrorism. US should never trust Wahabis who falsely claim themselves Sunnis Muslims to misguide them. US should eliminate all those who are acting as terrorists and crush those who support, train and harbour them. It is my humble submission that unless and until the financial sources, ISI training camp, terrorist religious schools and other fanatic religious organization in Pakistan are not crushed, the root of terrorism can not be eliminated. Some people argue that civilian people will be killed if US attacks on Talibaan. I would ask them where were those who claim of Human Right Activists when Talibaan killed thousands of thousands civilians of Shia and Ismailia sect including children, women and aged persons in Mazar-e-Sharif, Baghlan, Paghman, Hirat and other provinces of Afghanistan by adopting different methods of brutality. Why these so-called innocent moderate Talibaan did not hamper their cousin Talibaan from such large-scale massacre if there were any innocent Talibaan existed. No innocent or moderate Talibaan are even existed, they all are killers and they do not deserve of mercy. It has been observed that Pakistan ISI has the tactics to overlook the US sanction against any particular terrorist group by changing the name only. All the terrorist groups like Al-Qaida, Lashkar-eToiba, Jaish-e-Mohammad and Hizbul Mujahideen are recruited like regular forces, that is why to change its name or to shift place is not difficult for ISI, when any so-called ban or any threat comes from any other or US, ISI simply changes its name. Function of terrorists do not effect after so-called ban if any. US must understand this tric of ISI. Pakistan's Urdu Daily Jang reported from Chaman of Baluchistan near Afghan border on 29 Sept 2001, that 14 Pakistani terrorists were killed during the fight with Northern Alliance General Rasheed Dostam in Mazar-e- Sharif. Farooq Tahir a terrorist leader of Jaish-e-Mohammad claimed that those who were killed by Dostam were the activists of their organization. Those who were killed including Abdul Qadir s/o Abdur Rahman of Shorkote Pakistan, Qari Tariq Mahmood s/o Liaqat Ali of Gothki Pakistan, Mohammad Hussain s/o Khoda Bakhsh of Dera Ghazi Khan Pakistan, Abdul Khaliq s/o Hafiz Mohammad Bakhsh of Muzafar Gad Pakistan, Rashid Hussain s/o Gulzar Hussain of Karachi Pakistan, Mohammad Sajad s/o Mohammad Hussain of Pakpatan Pakistan, Fareed Iqbal s/o Allah Bakhsh of Multan Pakistan, Shaukat Ali s/o Mohammad Mujahid of Peshawar Pakistan, Abdus Sattar s/o Shafi Ullah of Liyeh Pakistan, Reza Khan s/o Raees of Sangad Pakistan, Atta Ullah s/o Faqir Mohammad of Liyah Pakistan and Mohammad Salim s/o Mohammad Iqbal of Bahawalpure Pakistan. Recently Jaish-e- Mohammad suicide squad attacked on Jammu and Kashmir Assembly as a result 40 innocent people were killed and many injured. Jaish-e Mohammad held responsibility and mentioned the names of terrorists who were involved and killed later. But after refuse of Pakistan due to the fear of international communities reaction, Jaish-e-Mohammad also followed its master voice and refused it's involvement. All these terrorist whether it is jaish-e-Mohammad, Lashkar-e-Toiba, Harkat-ul-Mujahideen or Al-Badr or nothing but soldiers of ISI. Unless and until Pakistan Army and its ISI is not reined and Saudi funds are not checked, terrorist activities in South Asia cannot be stopped. The reluctance of Saudi Arab and other countries have indicated their evil designs to protect the terrorists against US, Europe (Christians) and India (Hindus) and other nations and religions by the aim to impose the fundamentalist Wahabi ideology (Saudi Arab brand Islam). Unless and until the Saudi Arab, Pakistan Army and its ISI and its terrorist groups are banned, positive result will not emerge. If the US and civilized world do not realize this, their war against terrorism may not bring any positive result for the US and rest of the civilized and democratic world. It is to mention that my party Balawaristan National Front (BNF) is also struggling to emancipate the 2 million downtrodden people from the clutches of Pakistan peacefully, because we do not believe on terrorism.

We Support US Action Against Terrorism
I on behalf of 2 million down trodden people of Balawaristan (Pakistan occupied Gilgit Baltistan), the most important, strategically located, resourceful and deprived part of Jannau and Kashmir (J & K), extend support to the US action in Afghanistan against terrorism. In fact USA, Europe and other part of the world only know it as tourist heaven and hospitality of the people and nothing else. World community has no concern for as and that is why a fundamentalist Muslim country (Pakistan) which is turning the lives of these innocent people in to agony as a hell is being treated so nicely by them. The occupied forces of Pakistan are keeping them in slavery by depriving them Human Rights, political rights, right of speech, right of writing, right of free movement, right of justice, economical, cultural and historical rights. We the people of occupied Gilgit Baltistan (OGB) strongly condemn the terrorist attack on USA on 11th Sep. 2001 by un-lslamic, un-civilized, ind in-human terrorists. We also condemn those countries and people irtio try to justify terrorism by linking it with Palestine and J s K issues by using the name of Islam. This comparison of some countries is iothing but tantamount to confess their involvement in terrorism. We endorse the right of self-defense of USA against the AI-Qaida and 'alibaan and their perpetrators. We hope that the US would not hesitate :o take appropriate action against other terrorists of the world beside :heir masters and fund providers, us should be aware of those :errorists who want to evade themselves from the grip of USA and civilized world by disguising themselves as anti terrorists. How ever his is nothing but to safeguard the interest as terrorist masters and errorists who take shelter and funds on them. We regret by saying hat the USA and civilized world had turned its eyes blind towards the errorist activities till 11th Sep. 2001 tragedy. .Talibaan massacres he innocent human being of Northern Afghanistan (Bamyan, Paghman, azar-e-Sharif, Herat and many other places) due to their religious and olitical faith. They tortured women, children and minors and killed tiem brutally. Talibaan demolished the greater Buddha statue of Bamyan. f USA and UM had taken premeditated action against Talibaan, the ttack on US could have been avoided much earlier and better. All these :rocities and in-human acts of Talibaan and their masters were iglected by USA in particular and civilized world in general as a imulative result of which the tragedy of II Sep occurred. : seems even now that the masters, trainers and those who had been �ain behind the attack and provided funds to all these terrorists are 'ading world attention by claiming themselves as anti terrorists, [Ich may render a severe blow to the world efforts in fighting rrorism. e tentacles of Talibaan and AI-Qaida were seen only, when US came der attack. It is regretted to say that the current terrorism 13 not new one. It is a product of a coalition of 1980 's entered into by USA, Europe and General Zia against USSR. At that tine, when US and the arid taught each and every akill, technique and funda to 151 and coated these types of religious fundamentalists by neglecting the site ffecta. Therefore, now this is a duty of the US and Europe to control of their own created giants, which have come out of bottle. USA should take bold steps throughout the world, especially in Pakistan, which is main factory for the production of such giants, like Al-Qaida and Talibaan. We the people of OGB are seriously concerned over the lingering errorism being its prey for almost a decade. Because Pakistan overnment, whether Military or civil has been proving unlimited funds ind powers to 131 to establish more and more terrorist training camps ind other facilities to terrorize its opponents in Pakistan, OGB (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan), POK (Pakistan occupied Kashmir). Afghanistan and Indian held Kashmir (IOK) and other countries. 131 cecruits un-employed youth of a particular sect (which follows the iaudi belief and faith) and brainwashes them against other sect of Islam such as Shia, Ismailia and Brelvi moderate Muslims besides other religion by terming them as infidels. They are preached and instigated oy quoting false tradition that "if you kill infidel you will be sent to heaven directly without any question and all kind of sin will be forgiven" Besides Christaians, Jews and Hundus, Shia and ismailia Muslims and even Brelvi Muslims " are tin are term as infidels during training in ISI Camops. The killing campaign of Shia Muslims throughout Pakistan and a top Brelvi Muslim leader Maulana Saleem Qadri by Sipah-e-Sahabah and Jaish- e-Mohammad in Karachi was an example of such terrorism being nourished by ISI. The genocide campaign against the Shia Muslim of Gilgit in 1988 by General Zia and killing of our youth (the soldiers of NLl) by sending them to Kargil heights by General Musharraf were also part of conspiracy of ISI against the innocent people of OGB, so as to pave the way for Talibaan to conquer this disputed region forever. More than 2 dozen Shia mosques were torched along with holy Quran by these Afghani and Pakistani Pathana and other Wahabi terrorists, hundreds people were killed, many were converted in to Wahabi sect in Military camps. Many girls were kidnapped who can not be traced up till now. Hundreds of our people were forced to abandon their properties in different pats of Gilgit. The miss-adventure of Kargil was aim to crush the same sect of both the side of line of control (LOC) as a result more than 900 NLI soldiers were killed by Indian Army. Hundreds became disable, dozen became prisoners of war and 40 including a major are still missing. On the other hand Pakistan disowned all these sacrifices of our youth (NLI soldiers) by terming it as an act of so-called Kashmiri terrorists (Pakistan call them as Mujahideen). 300 dead bodies of Nil soldiers were buried on Kargil heights when Pakistan denied to accept them, just like that it did recently when some of its nationals (terrorists) dead bodies were brought from Afghanistan, when they were killed in US air attack. Pakistan only accepted 2 dead bodies of its own national in Kargil war. We the people of OGB are the victims of Pakistani sectarian terrorism. Pakistani ISI sends hundreds of Pakistani, Afghani and Kashmiri terrorists across the border to carry out terrorist activities in Indian held Kashmir by using our soil from Baltistan and Astore. As retaliation, Indian Army killed many our people and destroyed our properties as a result, hundreds of our people including children, women and old aged were displaced. Many of our innocent youth of Wahabi sect were instigated by ISI and sent them to Afghanistan and Indian held Kashmir to fight against Northern Alliance and Indian Army as a result hundreds of our youth (NLl soldiers) were lost their lives but nothing was paid to their kins. We appeal USA particularly and democratic and human loving world usually to discourage fundamentalists and dictators by encouraging peaceful democratic activities across the world without any prejudice and hesitation. Those countries, which prevent peaceful political activities of their opponents, should be given punishment; otherwise terrorism cannot be ruled out. Pakistan does not allow the political activities of nationalists parties of its occupied areas, who demand their birth right of freedom peacefully. More than 120 political workers and leaders of OGB were arrested, tortured and registered sedition charges (section 124 A) against them, though these charges cannot be applied upon our people, who are not citizens of Pakistan. This is the world record of sedition cases; no part of the world is facing such high number of sedition cases. But, it is regretted that no body of the world community bother of these innocent people who can be hanged by Pakistan imposed court any time, without giving them the right of appeal in any High Court or Supreme Court. Pakistan has imposed a Court on our people, which runs on contract bases. One can imagine the standard of justice easily. Human Rights are disowned totally in this part of the world. No one is allowed to file any writ petition against Human Rights violation in tfiis Chief Court, which runs on contract bases. This contract which has been established on contract basis, has the power to award death sentence to the local people and can confiscate their property without giving them further appeal in any High Court or Supreme Court. Government of Pakistan did not comply even the orders of Its own Supreme Court, which had given verdict in 1999 to grant political right to rule our own and right of justice by upgrading the Chief Court as high Court and Supreme Court. To avoid any armed movement, US and UNO should give proper attention to this part of the world, otherwise arm struggle will become imminent against the oppressors, which will be considered as terrorism later on. Religious fundamentalist Schools should and such other organizations based on hatred should be banned throughout the world. The respective governments should be punished if terrorist's schools and organizations are not closed and prejudice preaching and killing others due to hate. Jihad or any pretext should be declared as crime against the world. WU the people of Balawaristan (Pakiatan occupied Gilgit Baltistan) are facing worst kind of slavery in the hands of Pakistan's civil and military forces. All clauses of UN resolutions are neglected in this part of disputed J & K. Though Pakistan accepts its disputed nature, but deprived the 2 million people from all kind of those rights enjoy the people of both the Pakistan and Indian occupied J S K, just the reason of sectarian prejudices and hatred. That is why we appeal USA and world community to give the choice to rule over the people of our own as per the UNCIP and UNSC resolutions and norms of democratic world.

Sub: Osama's Whereabouts
I have the honour to write your honour several times about the current terrorism. I was informed by my reliable source that Osama Bin Laden has been switching between Teera Near Para Chinar NWFP province of Pakistan and Tora Bora in the past by the help of ISI and Pakistani fundamentalists. Now Osama is in Teera with the help of local Sooni tribe of NWFP of Pakistan. Teera area is near Kurrum Agency behind Torabora in NWFP. Disgruntled elements of ISI are still supportive of Talibaan and Al-Qaida to resurface Talibaan when situation is again favorable. One report is that Osama might be shifted to Tangeer, district Diamar, Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). This is a disputed part of Jammu and Kashmir and isolated, where still old Harkat-Insar Camp is operating. The people of this area are 100% Wahabi fundamentalists and the people were being used government of Pakistan and it's ISI to promote terrorism against Afghanistan, Indian held Jammu & Kashmir and even against the local opposite sects. The blockade of Karakuram Highway (KKH) in Chilas Diamar against US attack (which links Balawaristan with China and Pakistan) was also manipulated by ISI. The aim of this and other fundamentalist protests were engineered by ISI to gain more and more benefits from USA. I would like to clarify that, I do not belong to a greedy nation like Pakistan being a citizen of disputed Balawaristan, that is why my information has no motive any US reward of millions dollar. But at the same time my ambition behind this is the FREEDOM for Balawaristan. We the 2 million people of Balawaristan are struggling for freedom from the clutches of Pakistan peacefully since 1992 and we need your help in this regard.

Sub: Urgent Action Against Al Qaida
I have the honor to write your honor about this urgent matter of arrival of Al Qaida and Talibaan in Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). I had already informed your honor that 30 Talibaan have arrived in Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan), entered in Dahrkoot Valley from Broghol from Pakistan occupied part of Chitral district of NWFP, which links with Wakhan, Badakhshan province of Afghanistan. They were welcomed by Pakistan imposed Wahabi fundamentalist administration of Yasen Tehsil, district of Ghezer, Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). When local Ismailia Muslims protested against those Talibaan the local Wahabi administration tolled that they are Tablighi (Islamic preachers) and Tehsildar Shah Zaman warned the local people for not vexing them. Before the arrival of Talibaan and Al Qaida government of Pakistan directed the Chief Secretary and Inspector General of Police both are non-locals and Pakistanis by ISI and Force Commander northern areas (FCNA) to facilitate the guests (Al Qaida and Talibaan). They were sent to Darel a fundamentalist Tehsil of district Diamar, Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan), Astore and other parts of this disputed region. Mohammad Shafa Deputy Commissioner of Ghezer, Assistant Commissioner Goopes, Tehsildar/Magistrate of Yasen Shah Zaman, SHO Daulat Karim, Ishkomen Tehsil ADI Iqra, a Pathan government teacher Mumtaz, A Pakistani Head Master Chatorkhand,Waheed Jan teacher Chatorkhand, DIS Samad Gilgit,Burhan Head Clerk from Japooke Poonyal, Jami AO to DC Ghezer and many top rank police officers of this Al Qaida and Talibaan infected district are fundamentalist Wahabis who are the main supporters of Al Qaida and Talibaan. A local Wahabi police official Mahmood was deputed to receive Talibaan and Al Qaida at Dahrkoot police post. A local bank Co-Operative Bank General Manager Sher Jahan Mir is also Kashmiri Wahabi, who supports Talibaan and Al Qaida by finance and he has opened account for Talibaan in the main branch of Co-Operative Bank Gilgit. These 30 Talibaan stayed at Giyekooshi of Dahrkoot valley for a month and then moved towards Gilgit for Darel terrorist training camp. They stayed at Sandi village for few days and then transported by the occupier regime of Pakistan by terming them as religious preachers (Tablighi). Now Al Qaida persons are being transported towards Gilgit by ISI 4 wheel drive dark glass and without No. Plate vehicles (this vehicle is called Pajaro by local public) at night usually for the last many days. This Pajero crosses Dahrkoot at 1 AM at night and reaches Gilgit around 4-5 AM by its Talibaan and Arab guests. These without No. Plate vehicles are used by ISI only. An Arab along with his wife and children was also seen by the local people at Dahrkoot. I am not sure whether he is Osama Bin Ladan or any one else. They stayed at Dadang Bahlchher (place near Dahrkoot) for 2 days. They also spent 3 days in Bahoorek and Mahar valleys (high altitude pastures). There are many engineers traveling along with these terrorists who sketched the areas important places. At least 100 Talibaan and Al Qaida personals entered in to Ghezer valley. Jamaat-e-Islami Chief of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) also provided transport to these terrorists for Gilgit. Pakistani administration also helps some of the top local Wahabis of Yasen, like Raja Ghulam Dastigir, Abdul Qayyum (alias Shah), Master Liaqat and others) to support the coming guests (Al Qaida and Talibaan). The majority population of this district is Ismailies, who strictly opposed these terrorists, but have no say in administration that is why their hue and cry goes vain. The reason of Pakistan to support these Al Qaida and Talibaan is to gain financial and military aid from USA and Europe by showing one by one Al Qaida and Talibaan piece not all at once.

Sub: CAUSE OF TERRORISM & KASHMIR
I have the privilege to write about the burning issue of South Asia between India and Pakistan, which is Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) including Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). It is a fact that World Community did not pay any attention towards brutalities of Talibaan and Al Qaida against their religious and political rivals in Afghanistan at the behest of ISI and Saudi funding till, USA came under attack on Sep. 11th 2001. It is also a fact that World Community, UN and Human Rights did not show any interest towards the problem of J & K including Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan), which Pakistan started by sending Afghan, Pakistan and other trained mercenaries to Indian held Kashmir to create turmoil against Hindus and other non-Muslims and pro-Indian elements by using the Talibaan technique of Jihad. Pakistan got killed Shia majority of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and Shia Muslim, Ahmadi minority, Muhajirs and Sindhis of Pakistan by ISI and it's terrorists, but the World Community remained silent It is illogic to say that an INDEPENDENT Kashmir or Balawaristan will become HEAVEN OF TERRORISM by neglecting the mastermind of terror. It is absolutely baseless and far from the reality. It is TRUE that Pakistan is the mastermind behind mostly worldwide terrorism including J & K, with the financial help of Saudi Arab, with the sole aim to propagate and impose their Wahabi thought of so-called Islam. Though true Islam teaches tolerance and peace by honoring all the religion. The aim of Pakistan behind this terrorism is to engulf J & K including Balawaristan forever. It is a fact that the Political and Religious ideas and thought of Muslims of Indian held Kashmir (IhK) are more safe and secure than Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). The people of IhK enjoy the freedom of expression and access to justice and right to elect their representatives without hindrance, while the 2 million people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) have been deprived of all kind of rights including right to vote, right to access the Justice and right of expression. Those Military dictators barred their own Elected Prime Ministers from participating in election, how one can expect that Pakistani Generals will give equal rights to the people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and J & K, if these parts are merged with Pakistan. Pakistani generals allow terrorists to carry Kalashnikovs, Machine Guns, Rocket Launchers, Missiles and Bombs within as well as out side Pakistan to carry terrorist activities against their Political and Religious rivals, while no peaceful citizen of Pakistan, PoK and Balawaristan is allowed to carry even a knife for his safety. How ISI had been sending religious terrorists against Northern Alliance of Afghanistan before Sep. 11 and against USA after Sep. 11th. It is a fact that Pakistani mind and Human Source and Saudi wealth is behind the terror, whether it is in Afghanistan, Chechnya, Philippine, America, Europe and even Israel. It is open secret that Mohammad Atta the ringleader of 11th Sep. was instructed and funded by Pakistan. Hundreds of Pakistan Army and it's ISI. Hundreds of Pakistani nationals were found Al Qaida and Talibaan members and caught in Afghanistan, Europe and America. In spite all of these evidences, Pakistan denies it's involvement in terrorism by claiming it's support against terror. This act of Pakistan "Do Evil Boldly and Deny Continuously like a rascal boy of a street" It is another story behind the compulsion and greediness of Pakistani generals to get financial and Military aid in return of their U TURN against Talibaan and Al Qaida, which was not voluntarily. J & K and Balawaristan were the most peaceful places on Earth, until terrorism was forced upon them. Kashmir was known as HEAVEN on EARTH for peace, tolerance and respect for all religions without prejudice, which was the faith of Kashmiri saints (Sophism). But Pakistan snatched all these good characters and imposed HATE, defame and terrorism and turned Kashmir in to HELL on earth. It is historically true, that J & K and Balawaristan will become Hell on earth, if Pakistan's occupation and interference remain unchanged. If Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and other parts of J & K are FREED from the clutches of Pakistan, these areas will gain their historical momentum of Peace, Tolerance and Respect and terrorism will be vanished like camphor. The recent drama of Pakistan in which 10 Al Qaida members including Ramzi arrested and 2 got killed in Karachi, was also staged by ISI to gain sympathy of USA during the visit of general Musharraf to New York. Though all these Al Qaida men were also shifted to Karachi and other areas of Pakistan and it's occupied parts of Balawaristan by ISI it self to use them at appropriate time like Ramzi. Pakistan is showing it's cards of containing Terrorists one by one to get financial and Military support from USA and World Community by nabbing, killing and handing over it's own trained Talibaan and Al Qaida members gradually. Afghanistan, J & K issue and terrorism have become the main financial, political and Diplomatical business for Pakistani generals. During USSR invasion of Afghanistan, Gen. Zia (late) played this tact and earned billion of dollars and weapons from USA, Eorope and Saudi Arab one hand, while World over looked his dictatorship, religious in-tolerance and terrorism on the other. Now Gen. Musharraf is playing the same game by dodging USA and World Community. Just like Zia. USA again providing shelter to dictator and terrorists master Musharraf, by over looking his anti democratic moves and duel games in dealing terrorism. This overlooking of Pakistani terrorism by USA and World Community will again create another problem like Afghanistan for the world in near future. Musharraf sent thousands of religious terrorists to fight against America one hand and delivered harsh words against them to bluff US on the other. In real sense Musharraf has given free hand to ISI to train a particular sect in different terrorist training camps in Pakistan as well as PoK and Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan). In the training camps ISI invites Wahabi Mullas to teach and preach lessons of hate against Hindus, Jews, Christians and even Non-Wahabi Muslims by quoting false verses in Arabic. These brain-washed un-employed youth are used against religious and Political opponents in Pakistan like MQM besides nationalists of PoK, Balawaristan, IhK and elsewhere in the world. Musharraf has barred his political rivals like Ex Prime Ministers Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif, but allowed the leaders of terrorist groups like JUI, JI and Sipah-e-Sahaba. In FREE and Independent Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan), we can prevent terrorism. Terrorists cannot survive if the disputed areas are freed from the occupation of Pakistan. Unless the occupation or the presence of Pakistan in these disputed regions is there, terrorism cannot be eliminated in both parts of J & K and Balawaristan. Pakistan also denies the fact that its citizens are the members of Al Qaida who have been caught by Italy recently. Pakistani team, which visited to Cuba/USA Naval base and taught the Pakistani detainees to deny their links with Al Qaida and trying to show them as innocent. We the 2 million people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) are the EYE WITNESS and VICTOMS of Pakistani sponsored terrorism. Pakistan's imposed Military and civil Administration in Balawaristan has killed hundreds of innocent and simpleton youth by staging sectarian clashes among them since it entered in to this disputed region treacherously one side and trained them as terrorists against Afghanistan and Indian Part of Kashmir on the other. As a result thousand have lost their lives. Pakistan used our youth (Soldiers of NLI) against India in 1999 as mercenaries as a result more than 1000 youth lost their lives and many became disable. After all these sacrifices Pakistan disowned and refused their bodies lying on Kargil heights to keep the civilized world in the dark. This misadventure of Pakistan Army was the reason behind the coup against Nawaz Sharif the then Prime Minister of Pakistan. ISI sponsored terrorists are still active along with Talibaan, Al Qaida and others in the ISI sponsored training camps in Darel, Tangir, Astore, Skardu and Gilgit region. These terrorists are imposing serious threat to the current on going situation of South Asia. World Community should take the following concrete steps if it wants to eliminate terrorism forever. 1.Reform Pakistan Army on the lines of love, tolerance and respect for their country laws and dismantle the general Ranks. Disband ISI forever to dismantle terrorism in the South Asia in particular and rest of the world in general. 2.Flush out Pakistan forces and it's nationals from Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) by following UN and UNSC resolution of 13 Aug 1948, if USA and World Community want real peace, tranquility, tolerance and prosperity in South Asia and Kashmir. 3.To emancipate, Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and PoK from the clutches of Pakistan as soon as possible and allow the people of Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) (28000 Sq. Miles area), Pakistan Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (4000 Sq. Miles area) to choose their future destination.

I have the privilege to write your honor about the intention of your so-called ally, Pakistan and it's Military/ISI. As far as the duel game of Pakistan with the American coalition against terrorism to undermine democratic forces in Pakistan and sabotage the peaceful freedom struggle in it�s occupied parts of Jammu and Kashmir [Balawaristan (Pakistan Occupied Gilgit Baltistan) and Pakistan occupied Klashmir] on one hand and continues it's fanatics attitude and terrorism with impunity in and out side Pakistan are of concern, are nothing but to get acquittal from all it's EVIL designs against other than Wahabi sect and religions with the blessing of USA. I would like to point out some facts for your kind consideration. 1. I had been writing about the existence and presence of Osama in Pakistan earlier, when USA was ambiguous of the false statements of General Musharraf about the death of Osama Bin Laden. 2. Pakistan was also trying to save Osama by misguiding USA at the peak of bombing time; by saying the Osama was hiding in Badakhshan. But, I had written your honor at that time, that Osama could be helped by Pakistan, but no country/body else in the surroundings. 3. It is logical, that Osama was and is using ISI and other Pakistanis to send his messages to the world and to carry his terrorist�s activities. The confession of Al Jazera reporter about the hand over of Osama's audio cassette in Islamabad recently, has also proved that ISI is the main source of Osama's terrorism, because no other person knows Al Jazira reporter�s whereabouts, timing, other details and can pursue such activities without fear. The investigation in connection of Osama's cassette by Pakistani agencies is nothing but to misguide USA once again by putting curtain on it�s own agency the ISI. 4.USA is trying to ask gentle question from Pakistan Military regime about the nuclear proliferation with South Korea by treating it like a civilized nation, by ignoring it's real nature like a rascal boy"do evil boldly and deny boldly". I had also written a letter to your honor about the intention of Pakistan to help Saudi Arab and other Muslim countries in term of nuclear and missile technology. Saudi Arab is the only country, whose ruler has visited the nuclear plant of Pakistan. 5. Pakistan is also preparing blastic missiles with the help of China to evade the US threat in future keeping in mind the serious threat of US to Pakistan before attack on Afghanistan against Al Qaida and Talibaan. The present negligence of USA towards the terrorists harboring of Pakistan against other religions throughout the world by considering it's duel game against terrorism and proliferation of nuclear and missile technology. It is strange for me that USA is only concentrating on Sadam Hussain, North Korea and Iran, by neglecting the EVILS of Pakistan, which is 90 % more evil than the whole world. US remorse will not work in future after the successful completion of Pakistani blastic missiles test. USA and it's alliance will have been mourning and remain patience but have no choice in future against Pakistani Blastic/Continental Missile's threat to USA it self as well as it's alliance, if premeditate action was not taken now. USA should also remind its compulsions and miscalculation about the nuclear preparedness of Pakistan before 1998. US Presidents were supposed to provide certificate to US congress regarding the peaceful means of Pakistani atomic plants, but it proved false after Pakistan tested Nuclear bombs in 1998. In the same manner US planners and Authorities are over looking all the EVILS of Pakistan against it's neighbor India and other part of the world including Israel, Russia by considering it�s only hypocritical role against US concern of terrorism, in the same manner by committing same mistakes they did by depending Pakistan Army and it's ISI against the ex USSR in Afghanistan, as a result the ugly shape of religious fundamentalism of the world like Wahabi was flourished by replacing communism. Unless Wahabi treasury, i.e. the flow of Saudi Arab funds to all the Wahabi terrorists in the disguise manner of mosques building, establishment of Madrasas (Religious Schools) and charities and harboring and trainer country Pakistan is reined, terrorism, weapons of mass destruction and nuclear non-proliferation aims cannot be achieved by punishing only Iraq or any other country.
