The female actor is from St. John's and she studied acting in NYC. She did a stint on All My Children. She was very good.

Time to pack up my smelly, sandy, and wet clothes. I can't wait to wash them. I had somewhat clean clothes on to wear to Miami.
Packed up my stuff and said good-bye to the people we had met. It was a good time. Chuck stuck around until we got in the taxi. He leaves tomorrow. It was fun having him around.
Laurie and I took the taxi to Cruz Bay, the ferry to St. Thomas and another taxi to the airport. We had to go through customs there and then had a 1/4 hour wait.
We flew into Miami. Laurie and my friend, Richard, picked us up. Richard drove Laurie's car from Boston to Miami. It was great to see him. We last saw him in England when he spent a little over a month with us.
We had to get him to Pompano where he was staying. We stopped at Wendy's for dinner which Richard treated. I haven't had Wendy's since New Zealand. I have missed it. I had chili and a baked potato.
Once we dropped Richard off we were on our way to Naples. Laurie has friends there. Marge and Charlie. They moved down here more than a year ago. They have a beautiful place and they are super people. We arrived there about 10:15.
We stayed up talking until about midnight. I was happy to go to bed.
