Hello Jamie, how are you doing out on your own. I hope you have some peace in your life. I have often thought about you, your sisters, and the rest of the family since I have been gone. Are you making it alright with your baby. Make sure you love your child every day like Jesus loves you. I wish I could see all of you right now. Hoping that your health is good and your cubbard is full, always be thankfull with what you have and remember how others can have it worse off than you. This always helps me when I might be feeling down. You should learn some computer skills. It can be a valuable tool for you in the future. I know you can do it if you try. If I were there I could show you some things that I have learned. While trying to comfort you in these words I just want to say that I did want to spend some time with you while I was living in Miami, but things didn't work out that way.
I want you to enjoy the little things in life and to be content. I hope you are going to Church. To hear Gods word and sing songs in worship is pure joy and that is where you will find what you are looking for. It won't be anywhere else but in Jesus Christ. I am not just telling you something that a Church taught me. I learned it on my own. Just me and Jesus. But Church is an important part of a persons life. Please start going if your not already. I love you and I care about you. I would like to see you in the future if I can. But I know that is up to you. Your an adult now and you will make your own descisions. Just for the record, I really do love all of you including your mother too. We all have to forgive each other so God will forgive us. God has been helping me not to run from conflicting situations. He is helping me to stand and to be the Man he has created me to be. He calls all of us to stand up and face problems instead of running. Maybe the next time when I see all of you, no matter how tence the situation, I will not run. Instead, stay where I can keep in contact with all of you. You need to know that when I came back to Modesto, God called me to a ministry to reach out to the homeless and I have been here ever since. I am in God's will but I do desperately want to see all of you. Please don't give up hope. You are very important. To God and to me. If you will, please write me back so I will know if you recieved my letter. I love you very much Jamie.....
