Neighborhood Watch                           Sergeant Mark Suarez generously offered his time at our recent board                                meeting.  He presented helpful information about starting a neighborhood watch and some excellent common sense safety tips. Do not leave valuables or the garage door opener in plain site inside your car. Lock the car doors. Maintain a list of serial numbers from valuable items and bicycles for recovery after a theft. Visibly display your house number. Curfew for under age 17 is 10pm to 6am. Work with neighbors to maintain vacant homes (mow the lawn, plow the snow, park a car in the driveway).  This deters theft at that home and those nearby.
