Highveld

        

In southern Africa the highveld is the

 interior plateau.  The highveld is the 

 original  home of the Rhodesian Ridgeback. 

 As we live in the upstate (or highveld) of

 South Carolina, we thought it was only

 natural to chose highveld as the name of

 our kennel.
