Green clouds swim in fields of long mud
that grows from the depth of blue grass.
Bunnies crawl through the muddy banks
as snakes hop from tree branch to
tree branch
Sun rays sway from bright to dark
day only last minutes
than turns to night
and in a few minutes
back to day.
A father goes to school
as his 2 year old son
takes the bus
to his job
at the factory
in downtown.
Penguins fly into their
offices high up in
the skyscraping tunnels
of the great city.
Fire hydrants are opened
and flames burst into streets.
Fathers and Mothers who ditched school
play in the fire.
Dogs sit in bars
watching competitive baking
on the big screen
getting drunk on some
Red Kool-Aid
the bartender asks his customer for another drink
and the old pitbull gladly gives
the bar keep a can of corn.
A dog proclaims to be going
but doesn�t move
instead his body slowly fades from the world
than all that is left is a soft pencil outline
of what used to be
Green Clouds turn Orange
and begins to rain
Gold Fishes fall from the heavens
just in time for the little children
coming from work
They all run into buses
that take them home.
In the bus they sleep and dream
of a world where their fathers worked
and the sky was blue with white clouds
and dog were only pets
and not drunks.
