AGM Preparation: A
copy of the AGM agenda was distributed for any further additions. Nominations
accepted and will continue to be accepted for the positions on the executive
(see AGM Agenda for positions available)
The AGM Agenda and Proxy forms will be sent out via email with the
minutes of this meeting. A Phone out to
all member will improve our attendence at the AGM

Preliminary discussion regarding 7c) – making
the provincial series more meaningful, double header re-motion, to expensive to
drive up to PG not just gas $, not promoting the series enough, encourage a
Friday event for H/S only.
Preliminary discussion regarding 7f) – this new
format is going to have a large impact on this association in the next few years,
possibility of setting up a club to get around the rules ??? probably not
possible. NHRA needs to be contacted
prior to the AGM with some information in regards to how the NHRA feels about
this situation. Kevin M from CHWK will
contact NHRA.

Oct Pro-D Cariboo Hill : Chris Williams will be making a
presentation on the Friday of the Pro-D.
We need a few cars for the presentation. Banner from Kevin M. to Chris
Williams.
