Howard Harry McCollum
Howard Harry McCollum, 33, of Stuttgart was killed at 12:41 a.m. Tuesday when his van had a blowout on U.S. Highway 79 about four miles south of Clarendon, causing it to skid out of control and hit a culvert, the State Police said. McCollum was a sales representative for Riceland Foods, a member of the Jaycees and Emanuel Lutheran Church. Survivors are a daughter, Miss Meredith Michelle McCollum of Stone Mountain, GA.; his mother Mrs.C.H. McCollum fo Stuttgart; two brothers, James McCollum of DeWitt and Tommy McCollum of Stuttgart, and two sisters, Mrs Fred McClain and Mrs. Eddie Krisell, both of Stuttgart.
