Speech a thon, Saturday, May 17.  If you want to give speeches, work on your CL manual, or help out, please contact Gordon

Division Contest Results--Scott Ellsworth will be representing the Central Division in the International Speech Contest as the 1st place winner in the Division Contest; Gordon Penniston will be representing the Central Division in the Evaluation Contest as the 2nd place winner in the Division Contest.  Come on out to Buffalo to cheer Scott and Gordon on.  The Evaluation Contest is on Friday Night, and the International Contest is Saturday Afternoon.  Registration for the Conference/Contests is $15 (no meals) and you can pay at the door.  http://tmdistrict65.org/Events/SC/2008SCReg.doc for registration, and more details at http://tmdistrict65.org/

Elections will be at the 5/1 meeting.  We need everyone there to assure a quorum so the vote is official.  The slate of officers is:

While the votes were being counted, Toastmaster Mike commented on how he'd like the ah counter reports to be more comprehensive to help the individuals, with maybe an audible chime whenever someone says and "ah", and invites discussion
