Business meeting:

Mike Meynadasy, VP Membership, Presiding Officer—there is not a quorum present

Mike explained what a quorum was and said if we had one, we would vote on if there would be a third meeting in January

Gordon Penniston, DTM, SecretaryAnnounced that a new club is forming at ITT Hawkeye (up on St. Paul & Avenue E by the river).  They need Toastmasters to come in and help out to give evaluations.  They meet weekly on Wednesdays, 11:30.  You would need a valid passport for security verification.  If interested, please contact Gordon
