Jared Kronenberg, President—there is a quorum present

Gordon Penniston, DTM, (Cindy Clauss 2nd) moved that the club reimburse Rosalind Walker for a clock to be used to show the time during club meetings, for the cost of about $10.  The motion was unanimously passed.
