| 08788 first appeared in Inverness in 1999, the black livery both RT Rails co-operate livery and a firm favourite with the older generations. Interest for those interested in newer things, however, comes in the form of a BR double-arrow being carried on each side, although painted over! Since arriving in Inverness, the locomotive has taken up regular residence as CarMD shunter. |
| 08308, hired by Scotrail from Michael Owen's RT Rail company, is the first and so far only locomotive to be painted in ScotRail's Caledonian sleeper livery of purple and silver. Recently receiving mainteanacne, it has now taken up duties at the TMD, where it will occasionally be seen shunting coaches in and out for mainteanance. However, most of the time it remains stabled outside the depot. |
