                                    Pachisi Game Rules
Our main rule is that you have fun!

High Rollers has rules that the players and ourselves need to follow when we play in High Roller. This is to avoid any disputes should they arise and keep our tournaments fast, fun and free of hassles. Our main goal is to provide you with the best Tournaments. If you have any suggestions, complaints or comments please feel free to e-mail us. See you on the tables. These rules will be posted in lobby prior to tournament starting. Please read them carefully so there may not be disputes during game.

If you have any questions regarding the rules being posted. Please ask TD before tournament starts. If you have a doubt about any move, stop play and call TD to table to verify. Better to be safe than sorry.

All TDs are volunteer and are here to bring you fun. If you have any disputes then take it to PM with TD, and have RESPECT please. All TDs have final say. Sometimes there are some tough decisions to be made so have respect for decisions TD makes. The rules are posted prior to tourney so it is players responsibility to understand these rules prior to play

Posts: We have to watch all chats from everyone not just 1 or 2 people. If chat is going fast, we may miss a post. If that happens PM the TD so they are aware.

Suicide (S): This means there is NO blocking (NB) and NO passing (NP). You may have two on one spot during play but must be removed before play is over. Otherwise it is called a block and will result in disqualification (DQ). If a forced pass or block must take place then stop play and call TD to table to give you instructions. Do not make decision on your own or it will result in DQ. **Please watch your moves. If your forced to pass or block but yet a different move in same roll was available, you will be DQed.

Pass Ok: You may pass after moving your first dice.

Block Ok: You may block for as many turns as indicated by TD who sets and post rules.

Partners (P): You find a player to play with you as a team. If you cannot find a P you can sit at a table and someone may sit with you or you can ask TD to find you a P and we will be more than happy to do so. P's sit diagonally from each other unless otherwise directed by TD.
Singles: You play for yourself.

Auto DQ: (Disqualification) Failure to follow any of the rules listed here and posted by TD prior to start will result in DQ for that player and/or team. If you have been DQed from a High Rollers tournament table before we close then you will not be able to open new table or join a new table, however you may ask to be added to the sub list.

Doubles on/off: When doubles are on and you roll 3 doubles in row in same turn, your closest man to home goes back to start. If this happens and you don't see your pawn go back to start, it may be helpful to leave table and reenter. With doubles on, you must watch your moves, if you bring 2 fives out on a second double, it will cause a block which will result in DQ, so watch your moves. When doubles are off, roll as many doubles and play continues.

Table Talk: High Rollers always invites lots of clean/non profanity/non rudeness talking, unless specified by TD in rules prior to start. We are here to have a good time and meet new people. However there are some players that get offended by all the noise so please keep it minimal.

Booting: Players may boot another player on the table as long as the player being booted is not booted OFF the table. If this happens, it will result in auto DQ.  If you find being booted (but not off table) offensive, you may PM the TD and ask them to ask the booting player/s to stop booting you. If once asked to stop and it continues, this will result in Auto DQ.

Cheating: YES, there are dice programs, BUT we cannot prove who is using them. It is not right for players who are not using them to get accused; AGAIN this is a family site and a fun site. Let's not ruin it. HighRollers will not tolerate any accusations of cheating. There is an auto DQ if done so. TD will not argue over this matter, the TD has the final say.

Multitasking: HighRoller will not allows players to play in other tourney's at same time while playing in High Rollers tourney, If you are found being slow and disrupting then you will be asked to stop multitasking. If you do not stop then you will be DQed. **Please be advised that if you are caught multitasking on Flipside, you can and probably will be banned from flipside (by flipside) for a period of time. Only an uproar/flipside host can answer any questions regarding this matter.

Slow Play: High Rolllers tourney's have been taking way to long to run. We have gotten several complaints! Please keep the play moving. BRB's should be kept to between rounds. We need to have respect for others who would like to play in our tournaments and still make other tournaments after ours. If you are having problems please let the TD know so we may handle problems more sufficient. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Boots: There is a 7 minute time limit on boot's, and are permitted only 3 per round. If you get booted a 4th time, you will not be able to come back to your seat. A sub will be provided for your P. If you are booted from table and you are stuck in lobby, the 7 minute times is still in effect. There will be no exceptions to this rule. If you are seated for a round and you are waiting for opponents and you boot (depending on time of wait) a sub may be assigned when the opponents are seated and ready to start. If in case of room boots, we will only reseat once. If a room boot happens again, the tourney will be over. If flip is just acting flippy then the TD in charge may increase the amount of boots allowed in game and/or may raise the time to 10 mins.

Subs: High Rollers allows subs in all rounds, even semis and finals. If both partners boot at the same time and time out then no subs will be used and the opponents will advance to next round.
BRB's: Please keep BRB'S for between rounds. There is a 3 min BRB time limit. If not back in that time a sub will be brought in your place. Please make sure you tell a TD when you need a BRB. Sorry all, but others wait
patiently to continue play and it isnt fair when we are constantly trying to find out if you are stuck or on BRB.

Please remember we are here to provide entertainment to you. We do not get paid for doing so. Have respect for all TDs. Any disruption of High Rollers Tournaments will result in being banned temporarily and/or permantly from our tourneys under Owner of High Rollers discretion.

Thank you  Neptunes for your support an for allowing us to use your rules
