| Warm Ups |
| Before you start to juggle you should always try some warm ups. Here are a few of the warm ups that I do before I start to juggle. |
| 1. First you should start by holding one ball out in front of you.. Then you simply toss it over your head and catch it behind your back. |
| 2. The second warm up is a little harder. Drop the ball down by your feet then with one foot slide it onto your other foot. Once it is on then try to kick it up so you can catch it. |
| 3. Put a ball between the heals of your feet and try to kick it backwards up and over your head and then catch the ball out in front of you. |
