The 3-Ball cascade is the first technic you have to grasp. Once you know how to do this then your all set. There are two different ways to do the 3-Ball cascade. I have one of them below.
When you are done it should look something like this. <======

Before you start make sure your feet are about shoulder length apart. Then start by using only one ball. With the ball in your right hand throw it up and over to your left hand. The balls peak should be about as high as your forhead.

The second step is with two balls. Start with one ball in each hand. Throw the ball in your right hand up and over to your left hand but before it reaches your hand, throw the second ball underneath the first one up and over to your right hand.

The third step is to add the third ball. Start with two balls in your right hand and one in your left. Throw the first one up from your right hand. Then just before you are about to catch it throw the number two ball underneath it, then just before you are about to catch the number two ball, throw the third one underneath that.
