On most occasions, he stays ground based with a physical combination of punches and high powered moves with technical holds. When he gets more comfortable or is lagging behind, Mike puts his body on the line with high risk maneuvers and a few aerial moves. Full Wrestler Bio: Mike Ruben was born Michael Rubinski in Baltimore, Maryland on August 26th, 1976. After graduating from College early at the age of 19, Mike focused his mind on wrestling. It had always been a dream of Mike's to fight with the greats, his early completion of schooling gave him the first chance to practice the craft. He started his wrestling career by training with Stu Hart in the infamous "Dungeon". While the days were long and usually painful, Mike flourished there and became adept in the technical aspect of wrestling. After leaving the Hart family, Mike went out to learn all he could about the world of sports entertainment. He traveled to Japan and competed in the world renowned Death Matches. While this style was new to him, he soon took to it and had a successful career busting heads and nearly bleeding to death on several occasions. This is also where Mike learned how to take to the sky's with a few high flying acrobatic moves. You see, to keep himself limber, Mike trained at a gymnastics school. At first it was just for flexibility but soon, he could do handsprings and tumbles with a little effort. For years, ever since childhood, Mike has been battling another opponent; only this one is not just in the ring. Mike's schizophrenia has plagued him for most of his life and while drugs have helped him from almost seemingly talking to himself, the side effect is dramatic mood swings. These seem to be almost worse as his demeanor becomes more cruel and unforgiving each time he changes. As of late, Mike's mental problems from the past have resurfaced in the form of Ruben, Mike's alter ego. While the change can be sudden, the repercussions of Ruben's actions are anything but. Ruben has no remorse for the weaker members of the HiC he will faces and as far as he's concerned, everyone is the weaker of the bunch. While Mike has his mental escapade, he's determined to get to the top at any cost. So pack your bags and get your ticket stamped, you're going on a mind trip.
