His stringy, dirty-blond hair hangs over his face and to his shoulders. He is wiry and muscles jump and twitch below his weirdly green skin. Wrestlers Entrance Attire: See above Wrestlers Match Attire: See above Wrestlers Ring Entrance: Music plays as above. Fog rolls onto the stage as purple and red sparks fountain along its edge like underbrush. On the video screen, the view spins through cracked and weathered headstones with illegible epitaphs. The view speeds up terrifyingly until it stops with a quiver on one towering tombstone over which a white marble angel with unseeing stone eyes keeps watch. The words on the gravestone read: "THE CORPSE." Wrestling Style: The Corpse is an instinctive wrestler who plays to his strengths: he is strong and light and tenacious. He looks to smother his opponents with quick strikes and submissions and seems to be everywhere at once. In a story as strange as the man himself, The Corpse's first memories involve his rescue from an apparent ritual sacrifice conducted in a centuries-old cemetery deep in the French Quarter of New Orleans. His rescuer was a mountain of a man named Reese who, drunk and lost in the city of the dark, stumbled on a man about to bury a body by lantern light. The body, oddly hued and dirty, twitched, and Reese dispatched the assailant and carried the body to safety. The two became fast friends and, later, wrestled together in an attempt to gain a national stage on which someone - anyone - might recognize The Corpse and offer a clue to his origins. The Corpse is wildly intelligent and continues, even after all these years, to be bent on discovering his true identity. Despite a sharp sense of justice and what is, beneath the darkness, a truly good heart, years of frustration have made The Corpse embittered and unpleasant. He surrounds himself with the most comfortable of accoutrements and demonstrates a penchant for belittling and browbeating those who aggravate him.
