One of my hobbies is playing Dungeons and Dragons, and one of my longest lived character's name was Lord Zainan. When I first started playing around on the internet and BBS's back in 1991 I thought that Lord Zainan would be a good screen name. I titled my first homepage Lord Zainan's Keep, and it has stuck ever since. (For those of you who don't know a Keep is simular to a small castle)
I have a lot of "hobbies" that are marketable like making homemade wine, tattooing, herb garening, and whatnot. One day a friend of mine and I were joking around while I was giving him a tattoo and he said something along the lines of, "If you post this tat on the web, then who get's the credit? You or Lord Zainan?" We promptly forgot about it until about a year later. I was raising fancy Rat's and had found a buyer for some of them online. My friend piped up, "Hey, it looks like Lord Zainan's Keep Industries is expanding. He kept going on about what kind of corperation it was, and now it has stuck also. I decided about a year ago to accronym it. First of all LZK Industries is less of a mouthfull, and second, I think it sounds better.
As of this time LZK Industries is made up of the following:

LZK Publishing
YES! Tattoo
LZK Herbal Gradens (currently out of business until I move to a larger location with a bigger yard)
LZK Rattery (currently out of business until I get some more room)
