I am non other than Cecilia Paulette Higgs better known as "CeCe".
I am the proud daughter of Dwight and Jacinta Higgs who was born on the 25th day of January 1990.
Presently, I attend the prestigious St. Augustine's College and I am currently in the 12th grade. I have many ambitions and goals in life that i DO intend on acheiving. I am determined, motivated, intelligent, down-to-earth, outspoken, and sociable. These are just a few adjectives to describe the GREAT person that I am.
My Hobbies are: Singing, Dancing, Reading(sometimes), cracking jokes, studying, socializing, and travelling.
