RED & PURPLE POPPIES :
PLANTING DETAILS...Poppies are an annual that requires a long growing season. The roots of the plant don't like to be disturbed, so transplanting is an iffy proposition. It is best to sow directly in the intended site, or in pots and small containers. A minimum of 6 inches to a foot should be allowed for each plant's spacing in your flower bed.
