What the youth should know about the Miltary

Why can we never seem to hold hands and embrace each other? Why do we fight more than we hug? Why do we lie more than we speak truthfully? Are we such cowards when it comes to love?

           The Marines should never be an only option. Even though they guarantee they would offer a lot towards your college tuition, you would have to think a lot about the opportunity costs. If you join the Marines you could potentially not even get the scholarship if you are dead, or your body just can’t take school anymore after you go to the marines. Also the time you lost going to the marines, you probably could have gone to a community college. Like it has already been stated nearly 1/3 of America’s unemployed are veterans. A person with a community college degree still earns more money than your average marine person.
