What the youth should know about the Miltary

Why can we never seem to hold hands and embrace each other? Why do we fight more than we hug? Why do we lie more than we speak truthfully? Are we such cowards when it comes to love?

You ever get those annoying salesperson at your door that keeps trying to sell you deficit products? Well Marines and the military are kind of like that.           Not that long ago I got a call from the Marines asking whether or not I was interested.  Even though I told them many times that I had no intention of joining. They just keep calling like those annoying salesperson, except that the military is this salesperson whose job is to advertise something that could kill you. Seriously Marines are messed up; they pick on kids around the age of 18-21 because they know what that is when kids are the most easily brainwashed, and your body is in its prime also. With you mind still developing the Marine recruiter’s job is so mold you, regardless if you do or don’t.

            To be a Marine recruiter it requires a major in psychology. Now the question is why someone whose job is to encourage volunteers to join, need something like a psychology major? Well the answer to that is easy, they need it because they have to play mind games with kids and brainwash kids into joining something that is potential dangerous. Recruiters have to be skilled in making them selves seem like figures of authority, they have skills in making pretend friendships. They would always go “wassup my friend” “How Ya doing?” Yet they don’t even know your name. So what do I say to that ignore them, and pretend like they are like a salesperson and just keep walking away, because a friend that I don’t know, is not friend of mine.
