History- Yukina is Hiei's twin sister (fraternal, obviously). She was probably the younger. They are twins, but only because they were born at the same time: Yukina was produced asexually like most Koorime, while Hiei was produced when their mother, Hina, came in contact with a fire demon. Yukina was permitted to stay on the Island of the Koorime while Hiei was tossed off. Several years later, She left the island to find her brother and was captured by Tarukane, who forced her to cry in order to increase his weath (Koorime cry priceless gems called Hiruiseki stones). She was rescued by Yusuke, Kuwabara, and Hiei. In the dub, she has no idea who her brother is, but in the Japanese version she knows Hiei is her brother. Anyways, she has no clue what Kuwabara is talking about most of the time, and she lives in Genkai's Temple, since she doesn't want to go back to the Makai. She is also the only person in all three worlds that Hiei will do absolutely anything for.
