Note: Hideaway residents who wish to make exterior alterations,
initiate in-home business, or change their landscaping should check with
the Hideaway Community Architectural Committee prior to submitting an application
to the Kings Contrivance Residential Architectural Committe (KCRAC; located
at the Amerherst House in the Kings Contrivance Village Center).
Approval of a project by the KCRAC does not relieve you of the need to
comply with the architectural guidelines established for the Hideaway Community
Townhomes.
