The door of the basement lab swung open, crashing against the wall behind it. As the Turk entered, the scent of chemicals and old met his nose, making him want to gag. But he was here on an important matter. He couldn’t let mere smells get in the way.
“Hojo!”
He rushed in, roughly grabbing the scientist by the collar. Hojo watched the other man calmly, but underneath the surface he was seething with rage. “Well, well, well, it seems the Turk has finally arrived. Did you spend all that time saying your final farewells to your beloved?”
Vincent growled. “Bastard.”
“Calm yourself and unhand me, Valentine. We’ll get nowhere with you at my throat like this.”
Hesitantly, Vincent let go of Hojo and stepped back a few feet. Still glaring at the white-coated man, he asked, “Why did you do such a thing?”
“Simple, really,” Hojo replied shrugging. Then, casually slipping his hands into his pockets, continued, “To reach my goal, I had to.” With an action quicker than one would have thought a scientist capable of, Hojo drew a gun from his pocket and shot the Turk in the arm. Hojo watched, seemingly emotionless, as the Turk collapsed.
He knelt on the ground next to Vincent. His bullet wound was bleeding… Vincent winced as Hojo dragged his fingers across, blood smearing on his fingers. “I had my chance to get what I wanted. Do you think I’m the type of person to pass that up?
“I needed revenge as well as a test subject. Lucrecia stole your heart, which rightfully belongs to me. By persuading her to offer our child to the Project, I ensured her death, so that you would be unable to have her, a new test case for the Jenova Project, and you completely to myself…” Hojo caressed Vincent’s face, leaving streaks of blood across it. Barely conscious, Vincent only flickered his eyelids.
“Your beautiful face will be mine for eternity, my dear Vincent. I’ll make you immortal. You’ll live until the world ends to be mine and mine alone.”
Hojo leaned down, whispering into Vincent’s ear, “After all, it’s your fault she died.”

A/N: ShinRa needs to hire more mentally stable people to be their employees.
I think I might continue this one day, but it would probably end up bordering on the line of necrophilia, so… O_o;; If enough people like it?
By the way, Seph had to get his possessiveness from someone.
