Pest Control Information (As provided by Community Club Mgmt. 5/2005):
H.O.A. dues include pest control through Arrow Exterminators. Arrow
holds the bond, which originated through Beazer Homes when the property
was developed. We have a Sentricon system, which is a "bait" type
system and as long as the renewal is kept up, it is good for the life of
the buildings. Community Club Management receives regular inspection
reports and inspections are conducted on the property every 90 days.
If you wish to obtain a termite letter, which must be on the Georgia
Wood Infestation form, you should contact Arrow direclty at
770.621.9595. There will be a fee for this service, as it is outside
the scope of their contract with the H.O.A.
