Note: Everything is listed in Yen. In Japan if you have a TV you are required to pay for cable, the rate listed for August was prorated for half a month, meaning you would pay about 3000 for a month for like 5 channels, all in Japanese. We played "confused foreigners" and the guy didn't come back until April, at which point we told him our TV broke, so we did not have to pay anything. Seeing as the apartment in not changing hands (the school owns it), I don't anticipate that you should have to pay for TV. |
