Bill printing and saving

This part is comprises of

  1. Sales & purchase bill generation
  2. Bill saving
  3. Return bill generation
  4. List of all types of bills with detail viewing facility
  5. Due clearance
  6. Low cost auto bill printing facility regardless of printer type

Medicine stock maintenances

This is the part that enables user

  1. To create new kinds of medicines in the database
  2. View and edit the created medicine details
  3. Currently available batch numbers
  4. Number of medicines in the stock against each batch numbers along with their purchase bill no & dealer’s name
  5. Deletion of obsolete type of medicine
  6. On demand alert for medicine of those which are going to expire within four months

Dealer list making

This part will provide client based dealer list making and editing.

Accounting

In this section

  1. User have to create his own type of legers which are based on some given groups.
  2. After ledger creation user can for journal entry with list of previously created ledgers.
  3. Then trial balance as well as final account will be automatically created on demand basis.
  4. User can alter these journal entries any time as he/she wishes and the effect can be viewed in trial balance and balance sheet as well.
