Untitled (For A Reason)

By the time you finish reading this
It will long have been outdated.
There’s a brand new version coming out
And release of it is slated
For as soon as I can write it down.
By the time it reaches paper
Yet another version will appear;
We’ll again repeat this caper.
I’ve revised the title thirteen times
But I just can’t find the right one.
Ev’ry title that I come up with
Has turned out to be a trite one.
Maybe I don’t need to nail it down
With a great deal of precision:
Any title very well may not
Make it through the next revision.
