More Errors Typographical

©2003 Harvey H. Warwick III

I got published a second time, and there upon the page
Was yet another typo I beheld with fits of rage.
I thought I typed it perfectly, down to the punctuation,
Yet found a semicolon where a comma should be stationed.
Oh yes, I’m quite perfectionist, and think it is quite sloppy
For errors typographical to be in printed copy.
At least my poetry had every word typed in correct:
If I can just achieve that much, then more I can’t expect.
But one day, though, I’ll publish one as perfect as can be
With no more errors typographical that you can see.
Until that day, I’ll try to spare myself the needless terrors
And horrible embarrassment from seeing published errors.
