Sometimes provides useful ideas. A satisfactory group member who does what is required. Rarely provides useful ideas. Gives very little effort or does not participate.
Quality of work
Provides high quality work. Provides work that occasionally needs to be checked or redone.
Provides work that usually needs to be checked or redone by others.
Time management
and preparedness

Completes tasks on time. Always has needed materials. Work is sometimes late. Does not always have materials.
Rarely completes tasks on time, forcing group to adjust deadlines. Loses or does not have materials.
Problem solving
Actively looks for and suggests solutions to problems. Does not make suggestions, but is willing to try out solutions suggested by others.
Does not try to solve problems or help other solve problems.
Attitude
Always has a positive attitude toward the group activities.
Sometimes has a positive attitude toward the group activities. Has a negative attitude toward the group activities.
Focus
Stays focused and motivated on the tasks at hand.
Is usually focused. Sometimes has to be prodded by teammates.
Is rarely focused or motivated.
