250ml beef stock
500g frozen peas, corn, capsicum
16 garlic cloves 8,8
750ml tomato paste 250ml, 500ml
750g mushrooms
3 carrots 1,2
8 onions 2,2,4
12 potatoes
lasagna sheets
500g Mozarella cheese
500g tasty cheese
14 eggs 2,12
250g raisins
DIRECTIONS FOR BEEF MINCE COMBINATION
SPAGHETTI/LASAGNE/BABOTIE/SHEPHERDS PIE


� Brown 8kg minced beef.  Separate - 2,2,4.  Drain.

� Chop & cook onions & garlic in fat from minced beef 2,2,4

� Wash vegetables.  Peel & chop potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, apples and garlic. 

� Grate cheeses.

� Open cans.

� Combine all ingredients for Spaghetti sauce in crockpots. 

� Boil potatoes.  Add butter and milk.  Mash.

� Blend beef mince, garlic & onions, peas, corn & capsicum, tomatoes and tomato paste.  Add beef stock if necessary.  Spread mashed potatoes over beef mince.  Add grated cheese when cool.  Freeze.

� Combine beef mince, garlic & onions, apples, bread soaked in milk, and two beaten eggs.  Assemble in pans.  Cook 20 minutes on 180.

� Combine filling for Lasagna.

� Assemble Lasagna:

    Noodles
    Sauce
    Filling
    Tasty cheese
    Repeat.

� Bake Babotie for 20 minutes @ 180 and Lasagna for 35-50 minutes @ 180.
