Acceptable Items At the Rectcke Center:

ALuminum Cans, Aluminum Scarp, #1 Plastic, Glass, Drink Boxes/Milk Cartons, Ferrous Metal/ Non-Ferrous, Carboard, Metal Newspapers, Paper Grocery bags, Junk Mail, Magazines, Telephone Books, Office Paper, Pperboard(cenreal, shoe boxes), Dry Cleaning Bags and Wood(large quantities evoke a fee).

Composting

Free composting workshops to all residents.  Workshops last about 2 hours and are hel monthly. Call the Home Composting Hot line at 222-POST to request a list of upcoming dates.

Curbside Recycling

Recyclable materials accepted at the curb inclub: Newspaper, Tin #1 and #2 Plastics, Used Motor Oil(special container required), Glass(clear, brown, and green), GreenWaste/Yard Debris,and Aluminum
