One strange note in our travels- Visiting our
daughter-in-law's parents in Pelican Rapids, Minn-
esota.. Son Benson and I popped over to Fargo, SD. (40 miles northwest). Really nice little town,
with no skyscrapers to be sure, nevertheless, a
nice neat town. SO! here we are in the real live
town from the movie "Fargo". HOWEVER.. I had
no way to prove it. TSK! We went to the big mall
in West Fargo looking for souvenirs, tee shirts,
sweats or posters, post cards you know.
Nothing, nana, zippo, zero.. everything says South
Dakota. Why is that? It's like they did not want
us to know Fargo is there.
Well, least I did buy a refrigerator magnet with the word "Fargo" on it but it's not the same.
