The board of advisors is the governing body of BSM and gives policy guidelines to the management.Action plan will be formulated and sanctioned by the Board of Advisors with in the  20th august of every year.

Seven to nine advisors( for special case fifteen )will be drawn on selection basis from different categories of community and another five  advisors will be elected from the donors (25000=>).

Chief Advisor will be elected  among the advisors by the term of two years to conduct the meeting.Chief advisor is a statutary head.He will advise the Chief Executive Director to convene meeting thrice a Year.It will be in the month of Aug,Dec, Apr.

The Chief Executrive Director of the BSM is the member secretery of the board.

The daily management is the responsibility of the chief Executive Director.
The chief Executive Director is a honorary  post.

*  Mantazunnesa Sebasram: Accomadation & Fooding for the poorest old of the community.
*  Al-Mansur Educational venture for adult .
*  Rahimuddin Free Medical Centre
*  Free Funeral / Grave
*  Poverty Alleviation


             Officers / Staffs will be on pay roll basis.
             BSM will pay honorium to the honorary post and salary to                 the staffs and officers
