(Graham Breed)

The 9 note magic notation, which will generalize to any
temperament with 225:224 as a unison vector and these
nominals (use fixed-width font for maximum satisfaction):

*                         5/3
*-----------------14/9---------------------
*          35/24
*- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
*                         4/3
*------------------5/4---------------------
*           7/6
*- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
*                        16/15
*------------------1/1---------------------
*          14/15

Relative to that you can use whatever sagittal accidentals
you need. My best idea for a name is "tripod notation"
because you can think of it as three feet each with three toes.

The simplest way of getting it to work with an existing
notation engine is to use the normal 5 lines but print two
of them dotted, and use custom key signatures. There also
has to be a different mapping from note names to staff
positions which maybe a pre-processor could handle. (I
don't know what to call the nominals. They're numbered 1 to
9 for now. Is there anything like ABC for numerical
notation?) Ideally the note spacing should be optimized to
bring notes either side of the dotted line closer together.
