San Marcos Square ~ Venice
PUMPKIN DUMP CAKE

3 eggs (whip with wisk)
1 can pumpkin pie filling
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice


Dump into 13x9 pan.
Sprinkle yellow cake mix on top.
Add 1 c. chopped nuts.
Add 1 c. melted butter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. 


VARIATION:  CHERRY DUMP CAKE.
Use Cherry Pie Filling instead of pumpkin pie filling.  Not sure what else changes... maybe nothing.  Need to ask Linda H.
