This one has been around a very long time. I originally got it from Wilma Wise (Caltrans) whom I worked with over 30 yrs ago.  I lost the recipe, but Dianne Thomas was able to give me a copy.   It's an all-time fav.


LEMON-LIME JELLO

3-ounce lime Jello
3-ounce lemon Jello

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in 1 1/2 cups boiling hot water. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate til set.
