How about barbequeing?  Here's a recipe I got from my niece Jasmine, who says it's very good.   Sounds great to me!

ASIAN BEEF SKEWERS

Ginger flavored beef skewers are excellent as an appetizer as well as an entree.

1-1/2 lbs flank steak
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 Tablespoons sherry
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese style BBQ sauce (or use regular BBQ sauce)
2 green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoons minced ginger

1. In a small bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, sherry, soy sauce, BBQ sauce, green onions, garlic and ginger.
2. Cut flank steak across grain on a diagonal, yielding 2-inch wide slices. Place beef in a 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over beef and mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
3. Preheat grill for high heat.
4. Skewer meat when ready to grill.
5. Lightly oil grate and place kebobs on grill. Cook 3 minutes each side on each of four sides. Serve.
