| BACK | That giggle in my ear. Im gonna be able to hear it even when she isnt here. I love it. I love her. I dont give a damn that I havent known her for very long. She makes me feel things I havent felt in a long time or ever. Meeting her greeting with silence, I continued through the room wed previously been in straight into my bedroom. I love having my own tour bus. Unwrapping her legs from around my waist, she pushed her feet against the wall, propelling me onto the bed face first, her coming down on top of me, giggling like mad. Um okay. Thats what you get for not saying hi to me. My body shook with laughter as I felt her move around on top of me, coming to rest sitting on my back, the leather of her pants rubbing against my skin. I much rather it be her skin against mine, but I could think of worse things to be against me. As I was saying before are you aware that you have tattoos on your back? Chill bumps arose on my arms as she slowly drug one of her nails lightly down my spine. Mmm hmm. To get more comfortable, I folded my arms and rested my head on them. There was a moment of silence. Would you like to pull the rest of your body on to the bed before we get started? Before we get started? Didnt we start this like half an hour ago or something? Mmm hmm. * Smiling to myself, I sat up off his back, allowing him to pull his legs onto the bed. He sounds so tired. Baby, are you going to fall asleep on me? Catching me off guard, he pushed at my thighs causing me to lose my balance and fall against his back, my head resting on his shoulder. Mmm no, but I might fall asleep under you. Curling up against him, I hugged him tightly like a pillow. I could fall asleep right here too. Okay. Wait a second I had an objective to getting him like this. Hey I heard him snort beneath me as I sat back up. Forget something? Are you laughing at me? Yes. Leaning over, I bit at his shoulder, causing him to yelp out in surprise. Dont laugh at me. Sitting up on his elbows, he looked over his shoulder at me. Yes maam. Sometimes its just too hard youre too damn cute. Oh really? After all this, youre still thinking Im just cute? Pushing at his shoulder blades, I forced him towards the mattress. Ill teach him to call me cute. * Looking out the corner of my eye, I could see her glaring at me. Taking a bit of offense at being called cute? Kara started running her finger over my back, making imaginary designs that only she could see as the look on her face changed from offended to peaceful. A chill ran through me. Cold baby? I like when she gets like this, all content and caring. Its when she calls me baby most. Nah, Im good. Glancing over my shoulder at where she sat on top of me, I couldnt help but grin as I watched her continue running that one finger lightly over my back, lost in some sort of thought that brought a slight smile to her lips. A few moments passed before she looked up, slightly surprised to find my eyes on her. What? I love you. Nothin. First looking around self-consciously, she placed her hand on the back of my head, pushing it back against my arms. I thought you had a reason for me to be like this. Not that Im complaining. I just really like seeing you. I do. Maybe Im just not in as much of a hurry as you are. * Or maybe Im still holding back because I know how this entire story ends. And its nearly impossible to enjoy your body when Im maudlin and on the edge of an emotional slip up. Reaching down, I kissed his shoulder, running my thumbs up his neck gently rubbing at his tense muscles. Take all the time you want baby doll. Baby doll? I smiled despite the tears that came to my eyes at the silly pet name. Twenty minutes? Thats it?! Hold it together Kara. He doesnt know. Dont let him know. He still has enough time to easily convince you that you belong here with him. Maybe I do? No. Debates continued to run in my head as I kissed down his spine, reaching the sought after tattoo. You realize you misspelled chaos, right? * And you call yourself a fan Giggling, she laid her cheek against me. Should I bother to explain or was that giggle acknowledgment of knowing why I misspelled my tattoo? All thought of explaining anything disappeared at the sensation of her tongue running over the K on my spine. Holy shit woman. |
