Dear  Mick,

Anger is a normal response to a threat  that your body
believes is imminent and about to happen.

We feel anger, even as we look at movies, whether there is a real threat or an imagined threat.

Of course not everyone will understand where their anger is coming from. It is more important to take action on the anger
now than worry where the anger is coming from in the past. As you feel what is behind the anger you will slowly begin to know yourself more.

This is where talking with an expert can help.
Talking is the first step to understanding.
