I think that california has the best presidential staff . BECUASE IT JUST HAVE THE BEST GROUP WORK. ALSO MOST OF THE PEOPLE ARE MOTIVATED BY WHAT THERE SAYING. ALSO CALIFORNIA HAS THE BEST INFO ON WHAT YOU NEED IT FOR . also most people or workers have done well jobs through the last year 2002. but know is the 2003 hopefully it will be good staff on the america so they could built more things and so we have more help through the buildings and other things. also most people say we have the best staff compare through other countries and state.
