1973 MGB
This is the brief story of how I found my B.

I had been looking for an MGB for about a year, when I stumbled onto this car online. This B was about 2 hours away, but for the last year I had been driving all over the state. What I found was a car that had sat in a garage for the last four or five years. The previous owner had only driven the car about 300 miles since her original purchase of the MGB. Unfortunately, the car did not run because somene had fried the original pump and wiring. I went out on a limb and trusted the previous owner, purchasing the car in September 2001.
The previous owner did not lie, once I replaced the wiring and the fuel pump, the car fired right up and ran very well. It had been repainted at some point, the car was originally orange. I need to do some touchups and eventually get metal fenders, luckily I have all winter. I assume that the top was also replaced at some point, but am not sure. According to the title there are less than 43,000 miles on the car, but for some reason there is supposed to be a mileage discrepency. It is safe to say that the mileage is probably correct based on the overall condition of the car. Everything seems to be original mechanically with exception to the tires, brakes, and miscellaneous ignition items.
